The KWP Philosophy

We Partner with you.

We assemble teams around your needs and work alongside you to ensure that our approach aligns with your goals and that every project starts and ends with you at the core.

we are data-driven.

We believe in the power of insights and use research to drive strategic decisions. We are nimble and adaptable to different types of clients, projects, and industries. We use data to connect the dots between customer goals, marketplace dynamics, and go-to-market strategies.

WE HAVE BEEN IN YOUR SHOES.

We have broad and deep industry experience, and we’ve held leadership positions in organizations just like yours. We manage each engagement with a team of seasoned consultants who are well versed in your industry, business model, market challenges and strategic objectives.

We lay the groundwork so you can move forward with confidence. From executable frameworks and roadmaps to playbooks and plans, KWP arms your team with clarity around what comes next.

Most important, we focus on what matters most to you.

Prior to starting KWP Consulting, I spent 20 years helping Fortune 500 companies achieve profitable growth by creating new products and services, opening alternative channels, and launching new businesses. During this time, I struggled to find internal and external resources with a deep understanding of the industry and the challenges that came with launching new initiatives.

I founded KWP to fill this gap. We not only have broad and practical industry experience, but we know how to work across disciplines to create alignment and get things done. We help organizations that are striving for

innovation and growth connect the dots between research and strategy – and across product, marketing, and sales functions. We then develop and implement practical plans to help you meet your KPIs.

The pace of change is only accelerating, with new technologies like fintech and insurtech revolutionizing how businesses operate and defining which ones are here to stay. At KWP, we can help you reinvent or redefine your organization as you strive to adapt to changing marketplace demands and stay on top of your game.
